This organisation is a leader in their field, producing products with global technology and backed by solid national network of service branches located throughout New Zealand, Australia and New Caledonia.
This organisation employs over 1300 people globally, and pride themselves in delivering innovative products that focus on efficiency, performance and safety. The IT Change Manager will be responsible for all IT Operational Change, ensuring alignment to ITIL framework and IT Change Management procedures. This is a complex role/environment and you have full responsibility for managing the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensuring that changes are managed with minimal impact to IT and the business. The role will require direct liaison with the executive board, General Manager of IT, and a wide range of the organisations staff. The right candidate will have the following attributes:
- Proven experience in Change Management within a Service Delivery environment
- Great communication Skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
Technical requirements:
- ITIL v 2 practitioner or V3 intermediate configuration, change and release or Release, Control and Validation
- Experience with ITSM toolsets Remedy is preferable however not essential
- SAP, ERP, or infrastructure background
